The Process

I am a Colombian women who is passionate about nutrition, therapeutic cooking, and have been involved with food throughout my life.  During the quarantine in 2020, I decided to go deeper into the field of Culinary Nutrition. By cooking almost every meal for a year from scratch,  I was able to observe the impact that certain changes were having in my body.

I have seen the effects of listening to my body.  I believe that everyone can heal their body, but the road is not the same for everyone.  I am a Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor, a Board certified Functional Health Coach and a Culinary Nutrition Expert. My goal is to help clients to find the root cause of their illness, and support them through the necessary transitions to find balance in their life.

After 2+ years studying and applying wellness theory I have the knowledge and ideas to help anyone find the right combination of foods and lifestyle practices that will help them to feel their best.  I also have the knowledge of how wholefood ingredients can impact your health and how to incorporate them into at home recipes.

I don’t believe that one specific way of eating it will work forever for every person, or one ingredient is a cure all.  I believe that the most important action that you can do towards your health is to learn to listen to your body, incorporate changes, and continue to listen/make adjustments when needed.
